Qualifications:
Must have at least 6 years of cooking in fine dining restaurants
Must have sound knowledge in cold, hot, grill, pastry and bakery
Must be able to speak and talk with guests (need to be very outgoing and talkative)
This chef will be the face of char, and a lot of PR will be done, TV, magazines... etc
Nationality: Australian, New Zealand, American or European
