Job Description
Vous reporterez au Responsable Service Clients du site, et aurez pour missions d’assurer la satisfaction du client en gérant les commandes, les offres et prévisions de ventes sur votre portefeuille. Nous recherchons un professionnel au bénéfice d’une solide expérience dans le domaine de l’administration des ventes en contexte industriel. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES: Traitement des commandes (production et prestation de service) après vérification de la faisabilité, des prix et de leur cohérence, des délais et de la documentation demandée (Revue de Contrat). Assurer le suivi du carnet de commande et le service aux clients en répondant à leurs demandes d'information, en s'assurant de la bonne compréhension de leurs besoins et en adressant leurs demandes en interne. Négociation des délais et consolidation OTD avec les clients. Traiter les litiges du domaine ADV : Gérer les réclamations et retours clients en collaboration avec les autres services, Assurer la résolution des litiges de facturation et supporter le service recouvrement, Contribuer à la résolution des litiges commerciaux et / ou logistiques. Collecte, contrôle et analyse des prévisions de ventes des clients principaux. Maintien à jour des différentes bases de données. Gestion de l'interface entre les clients et les autres services du site ou du groupe. Respect des process de l’entreprise, de la profession et imposés par les clients. Qualifications 5 ans minimum dans un poste équivalent au sein d’une usine, idéalement dans l’aéronautique, ou d’autres industries réglementées - Bon niveau d’anglais indispensable - Maîtrise du pack Office - Bonne connaissance des Incoterms - Connaissance et pratique des ventes à l’exportation serait un plus - Une maîtrise de MFG/PRO ou de tout ERP sous base AS400 serait un plus - Excellent relationnel, orienté client, organisé, réactif et dynamique, résilient.
