Job Description
1. Comptabilité générale • Analyse des comptes EAR, Caisse - Analyse bilan compta Générale liés aux comptes clients et CA (FAE, Rec clients, AAE, Honoraires ) - Analyse et suivi des comptes de créances douteuses (Interco Clts et Frs) • Suivi des Comptes clients collectifs et créances • Vérifier et justifier les sommes en « CHARGEBACK » • Clearing pour les montants en rapprochement bancaire en AR et AP • Contrôle du LEASE et du compte associé. • Suivie des comptes bancaires 2. Inter-compagnies • Création, suppression de comptes fournisseurs (Interco) - Toutes opérations liées à la facturation des prestations inter-companies et autres • Analyse et réconciliation des comptes de bilan - Provisions liées aux clients (Interco) • Suivi des couts R&D, Licences & Brevets 3. Comptabilité Paie • Saisie OD paye - Virement paye - Provision des CP & Heures Sup • Rec des comptes de payes et des avances + saisies sur salaire • Paiement des taxes et cotisations liés à la paye + dotations CSE 4. Traitement Factures Bureaux de ventes • Vérification et comptabilisation de certaines factures et notes de frais - Contrôle des imputations de ces mêmes factures et notes de frais • Provisions des fournisseurs frais généraux (EATON Aviation et Bureaux de ventes) 5. Déclarations • Réconciliation et déclaration de TVA (Contrôle) • DEB et DES • ORGANIC et CETIM (SAS Sandra) • Taxe sur les bureaux - TLPE/GIFAS - TVTS • DADS2 6. Gestion archivage dans le département bi-annuelle 7. Participation à l’inventaire physique annuelle des stocks 8. Participation au forecast (pour les frais généraux, TR ) 9.
