This role provides strategic approach, management and oversight for Tesla’s charging site development and installation efforts in Hong Kong and Macau. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of new program and business development experience. The ideal candidate will work tirelessly to find solutions, have impeccable interpersonal skills, and easily adapt to external factors and internal guidance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and develop local and regional public and private charging site
• Analyze installation data and report regularly to higher management
• Identify target and ways to it
• Manage charging installation partners and vendors
• Improve the SOP of installation vendors and provide training internally/externally
• Monitor the performance of charging installation in each region and of each vendor
• Work on solutions to improve charging and assure execution
• Keep up with industry trends and best practices regarding market, vendors and solutions
• Monitor and interpret the local installation requirements/policies
• Host regular meetings and work with other departments for cross-functional improvements
• Communicate with customer-facing colleagues for customer needs and solutions
• Perform other related duties as assigned based on the business need

QUALIFICATIONS

• Quick learner, stringent attitude, initiative and responsibility of quality, hard-working spirit
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree from a top university
• 5 years of working experience, preferably in Project Management/ Vendor Management or Business Development
• Experience in EV and international companies is a plus
• Experience as a team leader is preferred
• Experience in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, Tableau in preferred
• Able to work independently, detail-oriented and under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Strong English skills, verbal and written
