Job description

  • Provide all-rounded administrative support
  • Prepare minutes, presentations and communications materials with good quality output
  • Issue donation receipts and keep proper records/ databases
  • Liaise with charities partners and volunteers on administrative matters
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirement

  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to work with minimal supervision
  • A high-level of attention to detail
  • Strong initiative with a strong sense of responsibility 
  • Degree holder with 2+ years admin experience
  • Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English
