- Provide all-rounded administrative support
- Prepare minutes, presentations and communications materials with good quality output
- Issue donation receipts and keep proper records/ databases
- Liaise with charities partners and volunteers on administrative matters
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirement
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to work with minimal supervision
- A high-level of attention to detail
- Strong initiative with a strong sense of responsibility
- Degree holder with 2+ years admin experience
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English
