1. Axle components development responsibilities for China specific chassis/cooling system components:2. Overall responsible for component development according to Mercedes-Benz Development System (MDS)
3. Develop and release component drawing, 3D model together with suppliers, including technical documentation of Engineering Changes
4. Component/system level testing and release
5. Working together with Daimler MP organization on Chinese local supplier sourcing and engineering evaluation

- Technical support to joint venture BBAC RD, Support engineering change implementation throughout product lifecycle of localized components of all locally produced Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
- Act as the window person between joint venture plant and RD HQ, provide technical support for production engineering issues.
- Working together with Field Quality organization on Chinese market issues
