Job Description
Chatbot Trainer:
1)Enhance the accuracy of intent recognition for the customer service chatbot through high-quality language annotations, providing a basis for the training of artificial intelligence models.
Identify issues in customer interactions with the chatbot by analyzing relevant data. Regularly generate chatbot capability reports to continually improve the accuracy of algorithm models, customer satisfaction, and the service level of the chatbot.
2) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle negotiation of annotation requirements, establish standards, and streamline project workflows. Develop BPO annotation assessment processes and guidelines to enhance efficiency and accuracy in annotation. Improve annotation tools and processes.
3) Manage knowledge base maintenance, assess algorithm recognition capabilities, and continuously identify new consumer scenario challenges.
4)Propose optimization points for chatbot functionalities. Coordinate communication between different teams and align product and operational resources to optimize the consumer service experience during the chatbot phase.
