- Hotel management degree / relevant diploma culinary
- 6 to 10 years’ of work experience.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strive for results (Success oriented, data finder, initiate / pro-active).
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to think strategically, inductively & creatively.
- Pleasant personality & grooming.
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects.
- Responsible for overall supervision, planning, controlling, annual budgeting and coordination of all activities of the culinary Department.
- Achieves guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources.
- Ensure that the company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained in all areas of the assigned outlet.
- Analyse all accounting and operational records pertaining to Food & Beverage.
