  • Hotel management degree / relevant diploma culinary
  • 6 to 10 years’ of work experience.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strive for results (Success oriented, data finder, initiate / pro-active).
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to think strategically, inductively & creatively.
  • Pleasant personality & grooming.
  • Comfortable taking ownership  of projects.
  • Responsible for overall supervision, planning, controlling, annual budgeting and coordination of all activities of the culinary Department.
  • Achieves guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources.
  • Ensure that the company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained in all areas of the assigned outlet.
  • Analyse all accounting and operational records pertaining to Food & Beverage.
