Position Description:
1. Build a team for western food research and development;
2. Make plans to do marketing survey of customer favors, competitor's chef's special, etc;
3. Responsible for improving and optimizing the existing products and developing new products;
4. Responsible for making standards of raw materials, semi-finished products,cooking process,etc;
5. Make a systematic process for food development;
5. Other works

Job Requirement:
1. 10+ years of related working experience;
2. Working experience in Mattson/Michelin restaurant preferred;
3. 1-2 year experience in Asia preferred.
