Responsibilities:
To assist the Central Kitchen daily operations;
Follow kitchen’s SOP is closely adhered to food quality standard;
Responsible for production of cold/hot food dishes
Ensure safe working practices and cleanliness standards in kitchen
Ensure the hygiene and safety standard in the food delivery as required
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year’ s experience in food and beverage; required with Western Kitchen operations;
Having formal trainings in cookery or relevant experiences in hotels/catering establishments will be an advantage
Experience in Western food
Holder of certificate related to food hygiene will be an advantage;
Good command of Chinese and English;
Good team player, responsible, hardworking; with passion;
