What you’ll be doing
- Supervise the Demi Chefs de Parties and Commis Chefs of the assigned section
- Prepare and present high quality food and top quality menu items in accordance to the hotel's and brand standards
- Contribute to controlling costs and to other departmental and financial targets
- Support in the training of all team members in compliance with company procedures
What we’re looking for
- In possession of a Diploma in Culinary Arts/ Food preparation and production or equivalent
- Previous work experience is a similar role will be considered an asset
