What you will be doing:

• Executing the vision of our Executive Chef’s creations
• Leading a team of peers to work cohesively in achieving culinary goals
• Taking ownership of the quality and execution of restaurant and banquet menus

 
Your experience and skills include:

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen operations
• Ability to work efficiently
• Refined skills in a variety of culinary techniques
• Passion for creating consistently high-quality dishes

Physical Requirements Include:

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
