Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct experiments with different analytical instruments.
• Conduct wet lab experiments such as bacteria tests.
• Problem solving and maintaining equipment.
• Preparation of reports and documentations such as sample records, reports, presentations, etc.
• Following Health and Safety Procedures. Learns and follows all safety policies and chemical handling guidelines.
• Following Manufacturing and Quality Procedures.
• Collaborate with other engineers to maximize product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Any ad-hoc assignments as requested by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Candidate should have at least Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or other related disciplines.
• Relevant knowledge or experience in using analytical instrument and microscopes.
• Fast learner and willing to learn new technology and technical skills.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, punctual, and GOOD attendance record.
• Able to work well in a team environment or independently.
• Takes initiative to complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to multi-task and deal with a varied workload.
• Familiar with MS Office software: Excel & Word.
• Immediate available would be an advantage.
