Job Description

1。 熟悉生产工艺流程；

2. 负责本岗位各设备的操作、检查、维护和保养；

3. 检查主要设备的工况，确保无问题后给中控室和有关岗位联系；

4.做好设备维护保养工作，定期加油润滑，确保设备正常、良好运行；

5.搞好生产现场卫生，做到设备四周无积料，设备见本色，跑、冒、滴、漏及时清理；

6.严格按岗位操作规程执行，确保烘干产品的质量稳定，发现异常及时上报；

7.负责本岗位设备及区域卫生清洁工作；

8.严格遵守安全规程，认真执行确认制，保证安全生产；

9.严格按设备清理周期及要求进行设备清理；

10. 作好本岗位的各种记录，完成上级领导安排的其他工作事项。
