Job Description

1.熟悉生产工艺流程，熟悉制浆搅拌、投料皮带、液下泵、双飞粉储罐、石灰粉储罐、制浆槽、返溶渣浆槽等设备的基本结构与性能；

2.负责本岗位各设备的操作、检查、维护和保养；

3.检查主要设备的工况，确保无问题后给中控室和有关岗位联系； 做好与上、下工序的沟通协调工作；

4.及时清理料仓、皮带洒落酸化矿，确保酸化矿场周围清洁卫生；

5.随时确保氧气瓶处于应急状态，管理好测氧仪，保持测氧仪探头清洁，并作好记录；

6.确保地池通风不停，风机不工作不能到地池操作；

7.严格按工艺要求控制投料量，制浆投料不能太满，避免冒槽；

8.在生产过程中严格控制，杜绝“跑、冒、滴、漏”现象；

9.严格遵守安全规程，认真执行确认制，保证安全生产，提高自我安全素养； 

10.作好本岗位的各种记录，完成领导交办的其他工作事项。
