ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

• Developing new emulsion adhesives by emulsion polymerization and formulation

• Application of emulsion adhesives on labels and adjust performance based on requirements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Lab design and synthesis of emulsion adhesives

• Involved in adhesive scaling up and coating

• Collaboration with project team and marketing to drive innovation and product promotion

• On-site trouble shooting on adhesive manufacturing and coating

• PhD, Preferred in Polymer chemistry or Organic chemistry.

• Have industrial experiences in R&D function. With emulsion polymerization experience is preferred.

• Familiar with analysis of different spectra, e.g. NMR, FTIR, GC-MS, etc. 

• Fluent communication in English.
