1. Doctor degree in medicine synthesis, chemical technology, pharmacy, organic chemistry and other related majors;
2. Have more than 5 years of experience in new product development and process improvement in pharmaceutical companies;
3. Interest and enthusiasm for research and development, strong planning, active thinking, and innovative spirit;
4. Actively work hard and have a sense of teamwork;
5. Willing to work stably in the company;
6. Those with more than 2 years of overseas study or work experience are preferred;
7. Work location: Hangzhou, Taizhou.
