Broad Function

日常负责成品胶囊理化检测、纯水检测、胶液pH测试、人员手部取样。

Be responsible for testing capsules, purified water and in-process gelatin pH and microbe testing for personnel hands.

实验室月报数据统计。
Be responsible for collecting testing data for monthly report.

主要责任

Principal Responsibilities

日常成品理化检验及客户特殊要求的理化项目的检查。。
Routine physics-chemistry testing and special test requirements from customers.

清洗后周转桶、蘸胶盘抽查。
Monitoring cleaned transfer tank and dish tank

日常监测溶胶的pH。
Monitor pH of in-process melting gelatin routinely.

后备开具成品检验报告单。
Back-up for COA issuing of each finished product lot.

日常进行成品的系统放行。
Release product through ERP system routinely.

参加生产区域消毒。
Take part in disinfection operation.

参加消防和急救小组活动。
Takes part in the EHS activities of fire fighting and emergent aid.

完成部门内安排的其他工作。
Performs other tasks assigned by lab supervisor.

在你负责的工作或是管理区域中维持良好的符合EHS要求的工作环境和安全操作，确保持续符合胶囊总部的EHS标准和当地的法律法规要求。

Responsible for maintaining sound EHS working conditions, practices in your assigned job or area and ensure continuous compliance to Capsugel EHS Standards and local law requirements.

任职要求 ：

具有 相关实验室测试工作经验，具有丰富经验的应届生可以考虑。

Junior working experience related laboratory tests, fresh graduate with rich experience in laboratory tests can be considered.

大专学历以上，化学/药学专业优先。

Junior College above, major in chemistry, medicine in priority.
