YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Responsible for new adhesive, new primer, new coating development to meet customer needs and deliver business results timely in the related field across multiple divisions and multiple countries in the North Asia Pacific region.. 

• Responsible for building comprehensive data based on related technology focus to speed up formulation and new product development.

• Responsible for driving challenging R&D projects and the technology platform. Drive  innovation and IP protection  

• Responsible for working as a project leader and with the commercial business development team and sales team to understand marketing as well as identify , screen and consolidate real opportunities then to  transfer the opportunities as our real product depending on your own good technical design capabilities. 

• Work with production and procurement function BUs to do new material qualifications and new production feasibility studies

• Work with global technical experts to build the robust connection for technical communication. 

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Solid experience in New Product (adhesive, new prime, new coating) Development with proven records of project delivery. 

• Sense of urgency and agility to deliver solutions to customer needs.

• Good communication, organization, interaction skills.

• Open minding, innovative and good marketing sense. 

• Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams and willingness to be a team player, demonstrate technical leadership in teamwork and a proven record of successful leading.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to translate customer needs into product specifications.

EDUCATION:

• Master degree or above in Material Science, Chemical or Chemical Engineering, or other relevant fields.
