Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chemistry Teacher to join our high-performing secondary science faculty in Guangzhou. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and rigorous Chemistry lessons across IGCSE, A-Level, and IBDP curricula, fostering academic excellence and inspiring a love of science in our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Chemistry lessons for IGCSE, A-Level, and IBDP students.

Design and implement assessments that measure student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback.

Integrate inquiry-based learning approaches to develop students’ critical thinking, problem-solving, and practical laboratory skills.

Prepare students for external examinations, ensuring strong academic outcomes.

Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities, clubs, or science competitions.

Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and share best teaching practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).

Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Chemistry at IGCSE, A-Level, and/or IBDP level.

Strong understanding of international education standards and assessment requirements.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
