1) Teaching: deliver courses for students; assist in undertaking teaching tasks of the research group and guiding 1-2 undergraduates and 1-2 postgraduates.
2) Research:
a. apply independently with Beijing University of Technology as the first unit, undertake or jointly apply with teachers in Beijing University of Technology, to provincial or ministerial level scientific research projects and gain a certain achievement.
b. publish at least 1 SCI paper or file 1 patent application per year with Beijing University of Technology as the first or corresponding author.
3) Discipline construction: support the construction of the college's platform, subject evaluation, degree evaluation, etc.
4) Public management & service:
a. complete teaching tasks of the International Exchange and Cooperation and the Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs.
b. assist the college and departments in the organization and development of relevant international exchange activities.
5) Others: other tasks from the university and college.
