Job Description

We are hiring Chief Accountant.

• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely and accuracy closing of accounts
• Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls
• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis
• Prepare and manage hotel budgets and forecasts
• Develop and monitor internal protocol and effective accounting system and policies

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting or member of HKICPA or ACCA
• Hotel working experience; others will not be considered
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented and forward-thinking
• Must have strong execution skills with leadership qualities
• Multi-business unit experience is an advantage
