Responsibility

• Responsible for full set of accounts, month-end closing, reconciliation and cash flow
• Prepare budgeting, planning and forecasting of the company
• Prepare monthly financial reports for project and the company
• Prepare ad hoc strategic and financial analysis for potential projects to ensure finance requirements are incorporated
• Manage audit process, including liaising with auditors
• Coordinate across internal departments and external partners
• Oversee office facilities management, including all-rounded administration duties to ensure smooth office operation
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years working experience in hospitality accounting and finance
• Degree in Accounting or Finance with a CPA qualification in Hong Kong or similar jurisdictions
• Experience in project management is preferable
• Strategic, analytical thinking and flexible
• Strong communication, presentation and people management skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Packages especially Excel
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Occasional travel is required
