As a leader in the Finance & Accounting department, you will oversee the hotel’s financial transaction. You will also be responsible for all our accounting process at the hotel while supervising hotel accounting staff.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee the day-to-day operational transaction such as payables or receivables
• Assist the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasting reports.
• Ensure that all financial information sent to GM, Owners and Accor Head office are accountable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and month-end reconciliation of all general ledger balances
• Do the month end closing journal and review all accounts before issuing final monthly financial statements

Your experience and skills include:

• Having a minimal of 2 (two) years of experience in the same field preferably in the hospitality industry
• Effective time management skills with the ability to coordinate numerous tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of local regulation related to Finance and Accounting is beneficial
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office application is required
