Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of admin support including
  • General office administration
  • Procurement
  • Fixed assets management
  • Office renovation, facilities and equipment maintenance
• Responsible for project scheduling, coordination and contact renewal
• Prepare business correspondence and presentation material
• Generate reports for management review
• Coordinate and arrange internal meetings and prepare meeting minutes
• Supervise a team of senior admin executive, receptionist and office assistant to deliver administration function
• Involved in developing, reviewing and implementing Admin policies, procedures and guidelines
• Assist in various tasks of Administration Department as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 7 (HKAL) or above
• 3 years relevant working experience, preferably gained from sizable firm
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to perform outdoor work
• Immediately available is preferred
