What you need?

• Minimum 15 years of post-graduate experience;
• HKIA qualified is a must;
• Familiar with Hong Kong/ China Architectural statutory requirements and submissions/ approval procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Photoshop, InDesign and other design software. 
• Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and Mandarin
