Responsibilities:

1. Establish, lead and manage both RP development team and Banking development team functions to ensure all business targets and parameters are well achieved. 
2. Formulate and implement sales strategies and action plans to increase market share and achieve sales targets
3. Develop and execute on sales and marketing strategies to recruit referral partners, establish deep go-to-market partnerships with executive-level commitment and drive execution at all referral partners to meet/exceed revenue goals
4. Develop and execute a referral partner enablement program and proposition to ensure rapid onboarding, sales success and great customer experiences
5. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, analysis and management information report in a regular manner
6. Develop presentations, case studies, business proposition and contract terms
7. Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and latest product trend
8. Develop strategy plans to manage and implement all deliverables and drive future planning
9. Work cross functionally building close, productive relations with other functions and departments especially marketing for required referral partner targeting, pipeline development and sales execution
10. Develop training session and seminar for referral partners to ensure they are kept abreast with the latest requirement and further strengthen their knowledge

Requirements:

• Proactive, willing to take any challenging missions
• Not only follow the company guideline but also propose any idea outside of the box
• University graduate with sales and marketing experience in Commercial Banking with at least 8 years (less experience will also be considered)
• Possesses with exceptional business drive and is able to work under pressure.
• Good supervisory, communication and interpersonal skill
• Task oriented with strategic and analytical mind set
• luent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Willing frequent travel to Mainland China for client visit.
• Good base salary with attractive profit sharing with company
