CHIEF CONCIERGE

What you will be doing:

  • As a Chief Concierge you will act as the hotel’s main point of contact for our guests.
  • You will lead a team to curate dining, tours and entertainment experiences.
  • Provide anticipatory, bespoke, intuitive and seamless service when dealing with guest´s requests.

Experience & Abilities:

  • Knowledge in systems such as OPERA, POS, MS Office. Online Review Management platforms.
  • Previous experience supervising departments such as Concierge, Bellboys, Guest Experience in mid-size luxury hotels. Les Clefs d’Or is desirable.
  • Complete knowledge of the English language, a third language is desirable
