Aside from rubbing shoulders with the elite, you will be responsible for instilling the hotel’s luxury brand standards, creating a seamless arrival and departure experience for our valued guests, managing the hotel car park, and developing a team of Concierge professionals.

You will be an ambassador of the Sofitel brand and of modern French art de vivre worldwide. As such, you play an integral role in crafting a consistent and guest-centric experience that reflects our brand spirit at all times. Live the French way.

About You

• A current member of Les Clefs d’Or Australia, or aspirations to join
• Polish, poise, professionalism and a touch of “je ne sais quoi”
• Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
• Previous experience in a senior Concierge role in a luxury environment is highly desirable
• Highly developed leadership skills with the ability to form, train and nurture a strong team
• Detailed knowledge of Brisbane attractions, restaurants, events and surrounding areas
• Understanding of hotel operations and guest services
• Attention to detail and an ability to retain information.
