Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct guest services attendants and concierges
- Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended
- Communicate directly with guests, in person or by telephone
- Provide information on facilities and services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transportation schedules
- Anticipate guests needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience
Job Requirements
- Five (5) years of experience in a hospitality or consumer facing role. Experience in the 500+ room hotel is a plus.
- Post-secondary training in tourism or hospitality management is an asset
- Good communication skills and customer service skills are required
- A strong knowledge of the community, area and region is necessary
- Guest services or concierge experience is necessary
- Problem solving, organization and time management, and supervision skills
- Good Communication in Korean, English and Mandarin
- Korean resident is preferred
