Job Description
Duties:
-Responsible for visiting customers to enter the building to receive and welcome them, establish good communication with customers, conduct customer information consultation and information solutions, and maintain good relations between the company and customers;
-Responsible for the customer service and communication in the lobby area, collect guest feedback, and feedback the necessary information to the concierge department of the lobby;
-Analyze and obtain the effective guest information and information, provide more targeted quality service to the guests, and enhance the customer's arrival experience.
-Regularly inspect public area safety, environment, facilities, equipment and other conditions to follow up the results
-Environmental service supervision in the lobby area
-Provide shuttle bus, peripheral traffic information
-Master floor distribution and meeting room guidelines

Requirement:
-Aged 25-35, with good image and characteristic, full-time bachelor degree or above, major in hotel management, tourism management, and other related professional;
-Manage experience in customer service team of five-star hotel or famous property company for more than 3 years;
-Have strong service consciousness, communication and coordination ability, complaint handling ability, team management and training ability and writing ability, have a high level of professionalism.
-Fluent in Chinese and English
