Title: Chief Designer 主创方案设计师

Job Descriptions:

1. Lead a team of designers in the creative development of hospitality, residential and commercial projects.

2. Manage design projects independently and accept responsibility for their quality, schedule, budgets, and MD schedules.

3. Work closely with other senior designers and FF&E team to create harmonious interior concepts.

4. Direct FF&E designers with development of PowerPoint presentations, Photoshop, 3D rendering, etc.

5. Participate in project's Phase presentations.

6. Work closely with CAD team to produce comprehensive construction documentation packages on all projects.

7. Attend project coordination meetings/sub-contractor meetings and site review meetings as required.

8. Assist with Studio Manager on designer's career development, provide training and professional guidance on technical and professional aspects, set as a role model to junior designers.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 5-7 years of experience in the hospitality design or in a related area.

2. Experience in hotel interior design required.

3. Excellent knowledge of design principles and the ability to interpret design concepts and layouts

4. Expert knowledge of multiple design brands standards

5. Fluent English in both writing and speaking.

6. Expert knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within industry

7. Advanced knowledge in Adobe PS, Indesign, Illustrator, Sketchup, CAD and Office.
