You will provide general administration support to all Talents including recruitment and selection, on-boarding, employee departures, performance management, learning and development. You will become a key member to assist in the development and implementation of compliance and frameworks which aling with business requirements.

What you will be doing:

• Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment
• Monitor the assigned preventive maintenance and work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective actions
• Monitor the hotel’s energy management goals in conjunction with ibis budget and ownership standards
• Support and follow the hotel’s Health & Safety mission and program.
• Actively participate and promote the company’s sustainability and environmental program.

Your experience and skills include:

• Having a minimal of 2 (two) years of experience in the same field preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of building codes, fire, and health department regulations.
• Knowledge of energy management, building automation systems and digital fire control systems.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to coordinate numerous tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office application is required.
