•Maintain and control hotel (civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, AC, etc) to ensure that all day to day operational matter is handled on time

•To ensure the departemental budget is adhered to in terms of expenditure by monitoring and controlling cost

•Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience and 3 years manager experience

•Bachelor of science, diploma or college degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering preferred

•Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

•Capable of deligating multiple task.
