- Trouble shooting operation, repair, built-up, maintenance of mechanical, electrical service and general building.
- To ensure that all repairs and preventive maintenance schedules are carried out according to schedule.
- Monthly report according to company policy, all utilities consumption, staff monthly roster, medical of vacation leave correspondence, purchase request, store control and inventory, set-up yearly expense budget, analyzing and controlling the expense, analyzing of complaints, log book and various check lists, handling of repair and job orders
- Trouble shooting, operation, repair and maintenance of: Mechanical service/ Electrical service/ Plumbing and Heating/ Life and Safety/Utilities supply/ Laundry equipment/Kitchen equipment/ Electronic and communication.
- Control the other expenses, control the energy cost.
Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience working in a similar capacity.
- Vocational certificate or diploma in electronics or technical studies, or degree in hotel maintenance
- Must have practical and theoretical skills in related areas: cold-storage, air-conditioning, and building pathology, water processing, Public Building regulations
- Good command of written and spoken in both Vietnamese and English
