Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive will act in both strategic and operational capacity with responsibilities including leading and directing the company to achieve top line revenue growth through introduction of new products, sales strategies and marketing programs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing;
  • A Qualified Insurance Practitioner (i.e. ACII or ANZIIF) a definite advantage;
  • At least 12 years of experience with General Insurance Company, including over 7 years in management capacity;
  • A track record of generating strategies and driving revenue in Hong Kong and Macau insurance market;
  • Experience with insurance companies of mainland China is preferred;
  • Good leadership and strong strategic thinking skill;
  • Strong sense of integrity and responsibility;
  • High level of business acumen, result-oriented and self-motivated.
