The Christian New Being Fellowship is currently seeking a visionary and dedicated person to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer:

Qualifications and Requirements :

1. A Bachelor degree in Christian Theology or a bachelor degree in any discipline.
2. A minimum of five years’ experience in adolescent ministry or administrative and management experience of government funded social services.
3. Equipped with good communication skills and strong executive capabilities.
4. Believes in and always adheres to core Christian value.
5. Passionate in gospel drug rehabilitation and committed to serve youths at risk.
6. Prior direct personal involvement in gospel drug rehabilitation is highly preferable.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead the organization to further develop services, and to meet future societal needs.
2. Coordinate and implement resolutions made by the Board of Directors.
3. Oversee day-to-day operations of the whole organization, and develop and implement operational policies and strategic plans.
4. Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization to build up effective communications with community partners.

Salary depends on experiences and qualifications
