Requirements:

• Master or Bachelor Degree holder in relevant disciplines, preferably with MBA
• Corporate Member of HKICPA and other professional qualification  
• Around 25 years’ track record in financial accounting, management accounting, corporate finance, IPO & capital markets, investment management, company secretarial, risk & control solutions, including at least 5 years at CFO role with reputable listed company
• A strong leader with sound leadership, management and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese/Putonghua  
• Commitment with drive, ownership and innovation
