Contact with client CFOs, remind the potential risks and answer management questions
Choose the right working partners, including Audit firm, company setup agent and law firm.
Group entities management
Responsible for PTLHK, Shani Holdings Limited, PTL Group Holdings, Synergy and Trig Limited finance report and annual renewal.
Fund arrangement among the overseas entities and local entities
Group tax planning, minimize the tax responsibility
Providing relevant analysis on business development, identifying risks and suggesting options.
Prepare the group financial report and budget report
