Project management

  • Company, Rep. office Setup

  • Company , Rep. office closure

  • Operational audit

  • Tax planning for clients

  • IFRS audit support

  • Tax audit support

  • Location selection

  • CI3 audit

  • Meeting with potential clients and draft the quotation


PTL finance department management

  • Setup a clear department structure to build an efficient and effective finance department

  • Research and choose the suitable ERP system, reimbursement system and contract management system.

  • Train middle - level manager

  • Check all the reports of local entities ( Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou)

  • Controlling AR

  • Manage finance staff,including headcount budget, recruitment, position change and termination.

  • Contact with client CFOs, remind the potential risks and answer management questions

  • Choose the right working partners, including Audit firm, company setup agent and law firm.


    Group entities management

  • Responsible for PTLHK, Shani Holdings Limited, PTL Group Holdings, Synergy and Trig Limited finance report and annual renewal.

  • Fund arrangement among the overseas entities and local entities

  • Group tax planning, minimize the tax responsibility

  • Providing relevant analysis on business development, identifying risks and suggesting options.

  • Prepare the group financial report and budget report
