Position Responsibilities:

Manage all financial and operational activities for the whole Group of Companies, monitoring control systems to preserve the Company assets, results, and complying with all legal and regulatory requirements for a listed company.

Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and reports consolidation, reporting accurate financial results to the company

Support the Management in managing and monitoring the Company's future direction, tactical initiatives, implementing strategic business plans, financial and tax strategies, capital requests and budgeting processes, cash balances and cash forecasts, fund investment and performance measures to support the strategic direction

Oversee the accounting, investor relations, tax and treasury departments

Maintain effective and good relationship with bankers, auditors and investors

Identify different business opportunities and potential risks based on various insightful financial analysis to stimulate the financial and operational performance of the Group of companies

Develop organizational capability and modeling how to work collaborative to drive continuous improvement & deliver operational excellence

Position Requirements:

Minimum 15 years' solid experience in all-rounded finance & accounting experiences in publicly listed company

Degree Holder in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred

Qualified Accountant; preferably with Big 4 background

Senior positions at corporate with experience in dealing with regulators, preparation of annual report and managing external stakeholders including investors

Strong leadership skills with high level of self-motivation and initiative Track record of making and implementing crucial cost optimization, restructuring, process reengineering and transformation project

Proven analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

Superior organizational skills, people skill & interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of internal and external clients

Strong in stress management

Strong interpersonal and communicational skills, both verbal and written in English and Cantonese/ Mandarin
