Overall Purpose of the Job:

o As the professional leader of Healthline services, to ensure fulfillment of all responsibilities of Healthline services and be accountable to achieve business and service quality target.

o In charge of Healthline and other wellness product development, optimization and promotion.

o Liaising with internal functions, support operation and business development of Healthline and other wellness related products.

Job Responsibilities:

o As the team leader and manager, to supervise Healthline team daily rotation arrangement, objective setting, performance assessment, team-building and coaching team members; Take the overall accountability to lead team reach its business targets

o Responsible for internal communication, support and cooperation with Sales and Marketing, operation, customer services, and medical team for Healthline and other wellness service related issues.

o According to market demand and client’s needs, lead and support the team to define, develop and deliver new wellness products and associated supporting SOPs, documents and technical requirement, as well as ensuring that proper medical guidelines and clinical governance guiding principles are applied.

o Liaise with Sales and Marketing team, support wellness product promotion activity including attending client meetings, delivering wellness education lectures and organizing promotion activities etc.

o Be accountable for defining and delivering Healthline and other wellness product job related training and introduction materials as well as organizing call reviews and auditing processes.

Job Requirements:

o At least 10 years formal clinical practice experience

o At least 2 years of experience in leader role, or as project manager/leader for more than 2 completed projects in health or wellness field

o Fluent English and Mandarin in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.

o Taking initiative and responsibility for all case related and other tasks, both at individual- and group level

o Holds valid Chinese clinical doctor qualification and practice license.

o Ability to work well within a team structure

o Customer service spirit with care and empathy

o Be able to handle complaints and conflicts
