This Hong Kong-based private equity fund with a strong China business network is seeking a senior legal professional with over 8 years’ PQE and experience in legal and compliance/regulatory with an international law firm and/or a well-established financial institution. This role will oversee legal and compliance matters for the fund. You must have very strong knowledge of the laws and regulations in China and Hong Kong related to PE investment and funds, as well as experience in M&A and PE investment. A good team player with excellent legal and compliance judgment and full bi-lingual fluency in English and Chinese required, together with robust risk management ability and excellent communication skills.
