• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building Studies with minimum 10 years in full spectrum of QS experience, preferably in Consultant/Developer
• Responsible for handling general QS and contractual matters
• Prepare budget estimation and closely monitor the budget cost
• Familiar with construction costs and all facets of pre and post contract QS practices
• Willing to frequent travel to PRC
• Experience in large-scale projects, preferably in PRC
• Effectively coordinate and supervise external consultants
• Proactive, well-organized, independent, responsible, strong planning and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in PC applications (e.g. Excel, Words, Powerpoint etc...)
• Fluent in Putonghua and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Applicants with less experience will be considered for the Post of Senior Quantity Surveyor.
