Job Description

As the chief Sales and Marketing Officer, you will spearhead the revenue generation, branding, and marketing effort of Butler. Given the start-up nature of the business, you should expect hands-on
responsibilities working closely with the Co-Founders and other team members, and be given immense autonomy and resources to support your work. You will be one of the early joiners of the Company and enjoy the upside as we grow together.

Responsibilities:
Please find below some of your major responsibilities:

  • Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
  • Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for Butler’s products and services
  • Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
  • Focus on design and delivery of customer acquisition and retention strategies, such as sales campaign, targeted marketing, and promotion tactics
  • Lead the delivery of the retail sales strategy and support the developer sales program alongside the Co-Founders
  • Manage Butler’s overall branding strategy
  • Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
  • Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
  • Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
  • Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can
  • potentially improve marketing and sales performance
  • Host and attends events, and travel to meet clients as needed
  • Support of the marketing program, which includes supporting media production, media/social media engagement, and marketing campaigns


Qualification:

  • Diploma holder with studies in marketing, communications, hospitality, or IT would be bonus
  • 1-3 years sales and marketing experience required
  • Self-motivated and committed personality. This is the most important trait we seek, as the team will be small, and the Co-Founders will be communicating with you mostly via email/whatsapp remotely. You will be given significant autonomy just like an entrepreneur
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion in technology, startups, or homecare would be bonus
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
