- Ensure that the HACCP requirements and standards are met at all time throughout the Hotel;
- Monitor all waste by following hotel policies for waste management;
- Supervise all Chemicals usage in the Food and Beverage department;
- Conduct regular on job training such as manual handling, equipment cleaning and operating (polishing cutlery machine) etc.,
- Conduct HACCP audit and implement the necessary corrective actions when required; and
- Manage and lead the stewarding Team.
Work Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury setting;
- Good level of verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Strong administration & organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail; and
- Drive and energy & able to work under pressure.
