What we need:
We are looking for an open-minded, high caliber CTO to join our team. You will have the opportunity to build a digital product to help companies with digital transformation. Your work will directly impact the users in our community and grow our marketplace.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the technology development of the platform on Web and Mobile
• Promote company product and image, occasional presentations to investors and business partners when required
• Research into how the system can easily be edited and scalable
• Provide guidance to business and stakeholders on how the platform can lead to business opportunities
• Work closely with vendors/contract developers to maintain stability and reliability of the current platform (in both Web & Mobile)
• Manage product/project delivery, ensure delivery is on time with good quality
• Manage cost and budget allocations, provide advice when required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• PhD’s in electrical/mechatronics or other related disciplines is preferred
• At least two years of total experience from extracurricular activities, academic research, or professional experience
• Self-motivated and responsible
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Maintain persistence and patience when facing challenging problems
• Proficiency with C/C++/Java/Python is a plus
