Job Responsibilities:
Responsible to lead a team of IT expertise for cross-departments and external resources to set up IT hardware/software infrastructure, such as server, network, storage, email, office and other specific desktop applications;

Conduct planning and implementation on major enterprise IT projects, eg. AS400, SAP, OA system etc. To provide accountable IT services for the organization;

Develop, implement, and maintain our IT projects and procedures; Report on IT/infrastructure spending; Manage the IT operations budget;

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define, drive, and maintain the constant security of all internal systems and networks; to determine appropriate approaches to achieve optimization between technical support and key customer satisfaction;

Audit and maintain compliance for IT policies, data and data privacy policies, etc.; Ensure compliance of all department processes with the requirements of regulatory bodies, including but not limited to ISO27001, SEC (SOX), and foreign regulatory bodies.

Requirements:
BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, 10+ years of experience in IT technical, with at least 4-5 years of management experience;

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, security system practices, and business applications.

Strong experience developing and implementing complex IT processes; (Min 5-year experiences in AS400 / SAP/ OA implementation)

Hands on experience with computer networks and working directly with employees on troubleshooting issues both small and large. Solid experience as project manager.

Excellent in written and speaking in English and Japanese verbal ability is a advanced.

Experience in applying one or various security and IT management standards, such as ISO27001, ITIL, SOX etc.
