An international industry leader in precision machinery with business across APAC and Europe counties is hiring a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for APAC markets.

The CTO is serving as a main contact between HQ and offices across Asia Pacific countries. He/she will be working closely with sales team and engineering team to provide excellent pre and post sales services to clients. And the right calibre would be the
one to build up his/her Technical Sales Team in Asia countries to support Asia's business expansion.

• Introduce and educate the clients in product solutions and model upgrading
• Provide product solutions on benchmarking/ application, technical quotation and specification
• Plan and approve pre-acceptance to improve product performance
• Work with Sales Team on vendor submission presentation
• Product catalogue and performance scope standardization
• Provide technical and sales training in different regions

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Mechanical Engineering is a must
• At least 15 years of experience in large firm serving big clients on precision machinery industry preferred
• Sound knowledge in PCB application and related technology
• Strong communication skills with clients and HQ
• Good command in English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Able to travel for occasionally
