JICC, which provides multidisciplinary treatment for a wide range of diseases, has a strategic collaboration with the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center, an international healthcare industry leader.
JICC is looking for an established leader to direct its Department of Radiation Oncology. Working with an international team of physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrators, the Chief of Radiation Oncology will have an opportunity to shape the strategic direction of radiation oncology in the JICC, and lead efforts in clinical excellence and administrative distinction.
Your role will be critical in JIH continued growth and expansion goals. The Chief of Radiation Oncology will be responsible for establishing, directing and running radiation oncology clinical services at JICC. The Chief will oversee the recruitment, training and mentoring of surgical professionals; will lead care teams to provide team-based patient care and lead the development of evidence-based surgical practice policies.The Chief will also collaborate with surgical oncology, medical oncology, and other clinical professionals to develop a multidisciplinary care model. Must be board-certified in Radiation Oncology.
